The entire nether dimension has been reset. Pregeneration has not yet started and i doubt it will unless the server revives.
This was due to the massive amounts of corruption. Because of this corruption, there was unpredictable terrain, random chunks sized holes into lava, random chunk borders bringing random walls, damaged structures and probably more.
